Component Sync is a Shopify app developed by Prairie Stack Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect merchant data when you install and use the app.

Data We Access

To provide inventory syncing functionality, Component Sync may access the following Shopify store data:

• Products and variants

• Inventory levels and locations

• Orders, cancellations, and refunds

The app does not collect or store customer payment information.

How We Use Data

We use store data only to:

• Deduct component inventory when kit products are sold

• Restore inventory when orders are cancelled or refunded

• Display inventory adjustment history to merchants

Data Storage

Kit definitions and inventory adjustment logs are stored securely in our database to support app functionality.

Data Sharing

Prairie Stack Apps does not sell or share merchant data with third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

Merchants may uninstall the app at any time. Upon request, Prairie Stack Apps will delete stored app data.
