Perfect Fitment
The application-specific brackets were CAD-designed to bolt into place using factory mounting points at the front of the roof. No cutting, no drilling — just bolt it on and go.
CrossLink Technology
Patent-pending CrossLink technology links six SS5 LED pods together into a single light bar using a single-piece CNC aluminum link. Unlike generic light bars that use multiple pieces to connect pods, the CrossLink system is extremely rigid and accommodates both straight and curved configurations. Thanks to inset threaded mounts built into every SS5 pod, no special linking hardware is needed.
Designed for Performance
Generic light bars use inefficient reflectors that spread light in every direction, losing output and creating glare. The SS5 CrossLink uses custom-engineered TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics that collect all emitted light and direct it only where you need it. The result is a focused beam pattern with drastically reduced glare and maximum usable output.
Sport or Pro Power Levels
The kit is available at two power levels:
- Sport: Nine Luxeon Z ES LED chips per pod at 40 watts, delivering 4,800 lumens per pod
- Pro: Nine Cree XP-L HI LEDs per pod at 90 watts, delivering 9,700 lumens per pod
Both use TIR optics for unmatched focus and output.
Functional Beam Pattern
The Combo pattern combines Driving and Flood optics — a focused 30x20-degree Driving beam for distance, filled in with a 70x30-degree pattern for surrounding coverage. Designed with advanced optical simulation modeling for maximum efficiency.
White or Yellow
Available in 6000K cool white to match most factory LED lighting, or 3000K selective yellow for high contrast in poor weather conditions.
Selectable Backlight Color
Eight backlight color options — blue, green, red, purple, cyan, yellow, amber, and white — for an eye-catching accent or extra visibility when the main beam isn't in use. Note: The yellow kit is only available with an amber backlight.

- Aux Switch Control: Includes an aux switch adapter wire for aftermarket switch banks (two switches — one for main beam, one for backlight). A toggle switch adapter is included for RZRs without a switch bank.
