LED vs Halogen Headlights
Jeep offers both halogen and LED headlight packages on the JL Wrangler. LED-equipped models already have a white DRL built into the headlight housing. If your JL has halogen headlights (no DRL), the HD LED Halo Kit is the ideal upgrade — adding a high-end switchback DRL and turn signal function that your halogen headlights don't have from the factory.

Computer-designed specifically for the JL Wrangler halogen headlights. Proprietary durable phosphor coating delivers a uniform solid appearance. Built-in switchback functionality provides a brilliant 6000K white DRL that alternates with crisp amber when signaling. Extremely bright, high-density LEDs with integrated mounting tabs for easy positioning inside the headlight housing.

Installation
Installation requires opening the factory headlight housings — professional installation is recommended. The halo mounts to the chrome reflector using beading wire or epoxy. Wires route behind the reflector to the back of the headlight, connecting to the driver and pigtail. The bare wires on the pigtail tap to 12V power and ground to control when the halos activate.
